ISCodeLabs has been active since its formation in June 2025. We build premium websites, complex web systems, custom AI integrations, and creator launches. These terms outline how we work together, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us.
We build custom digital products and software platforms. The exact specifications, scope, features, and page counts are detailed in our project proposal or statement of work. Any features or revisions outside this scoped agreement will be quoted separately.
Building high-end products requires partnership. You agree to provide requirements, content (copy, media, assets), access credentials, and timely feedback when we submit milestones for review. Delays in feedback or asset delivery will extend the project timeline proportionally.
We work on a milestone basis to keep incentives aligned:
Once you pay the final balance, you own the code, design, and assets for your product. Until final payment is made, ISCodeLabs retains ownership of the custom-written code and design files. We retain the right to showcase the completed work, screenshots, and system details in our portfolio and marketing materials unless we have signed a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
We include a specific number of design and feedback rounds in each milestone. If you request new features, structural revisions, or pivots after a milestone is approved, we will treat it as a change request and bill it separately.
Either party can end the engagement by providing written notice. If either party terminates the agreement, you will be billed for all milestones completed or in-progress up to the date of cancellation. See our Refund Policy for specific refund rules on cancelled projects.
We are technical founders building real software, not a massive agency or corporate law firm. If there's an issue or disagreement during the build, we promise to jump on a call and talk it out like humans before getting lawyers involved. Let's build cool things together.
These terms and any projects under them are governed by the laws of India.
