Refund Policy

ISCodeLabs has been active since its formation in June 2025. We build high-end products and custom systems. Because we commit dedicated engineering time and lock specific build slots for each project, we operate under a clear, milestone-based refund policy. Here is how it works in plain English.

1. The Deposit (Booking Fee)

To secure a build slot in our schedule, we require a deposit. This booking fee is non-refundable. It covers the initial product discovery, research, tech stack planning, and wireframing, while guaranteeing that we don't book other clients during your scheduled slot.

2. Milestone-Based Refunds

Our work is split into defined milestones (e.g., UI design, frontend development, custom dashboard integration). Refunds are only available for milestones that have not yet started. Once we begin work on a milestone, the payment allocated to that milestone is non-refundable.

3. Completed and Approved Work

We do not issue refunds for milestones that have been completed and approved by your team. Your approval of a milestone signifies that the work meets your standards, and we release it to proceed to the next phase.

If you need to request a refund, please email us at hello@isocodeslab.com within 7 days of the event prompting the request. We will review your request, calculate the completed vs. remaining scope, and resolve the matter within 14 business days.
